RAY ALLEN’S WORLD

Dr. Raymond E. Allen Sr. is a native of Farrell, Pennsylvania after graduating Farrell High School in 1972, Raymond E. Allen enrolled in the United States Navy in 1973 serving on the USS Midway as 911 Water Transportation Specialist, in 1974 he received the United States Navy National Defense Service Medal. Upon returning home he worked in the steel mills.

Leaving Pennsylvania he relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Rhema Bible Training Center graduating in 1981 with honors in Ministerial Theology, he graduated from Bryan Institute in Tulsa, Oklahoma with an Associate Degree in Computer programming….
